Arcade Shopping Complex Presents Allocation Documents To Allottees In Grandstyle

RAYMOND TEDUNJAYE, Lagos.

The Management of Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited, owner of the Arcade Shopping Complex, Ojo Lagos, has hit a milestone in its quest for a full fledge market, with the presentation of allocation documents to 27 allottees.

The esteemed Arcada Shipping Mall, situated in LASU, Ojo area of Lagos State is done in partnership with the Nigerian Army Post Service Housing Development Ltd.

Speaking while presenting the overview of the project, the Chairman/ CEO of Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited, Colonel Kingsley Umoh (rtd) commended the subscribers for their trust and buy-in to the project without any physical structure on ground.

Col. Umoh, who hinted that the project commenced with personal efforts and commitment of friends, disclosed that it has attracted international status, with subscribers from United States of America.

He disclosed that all the blocks of the complex are named after serving and retired Generals in the Nigerian Army, including the current Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja.

On the features of the shopping complex, the Peedeep boss said it has a creche for nursing mothers, aside the one that will be provided by a private school within the market.

Col. Umoh said all the allottees have fully paid up the subscription fee, but remarked that any subscriber who have reached 70 percent payment stands the benefit of being allocated his or her space.

Speaking on the Technical Update on the complex earlier, Engr. Emmanuel stressed that the mall is a bliss of affordability, luxury and a prime market.

Engr. Emmanuel disclosed that the complex consists of 42 mini mall compressed together to form the market.

On its features, he said, ” it has a spacious car park, flexible payment plan, adequate security and accessibility to good road network among others.”

In his opening remarks, the chairman of the occasion Col. Toks Adelanwa applauded the vision and commitment of Colonel Kingsley Umoh in bringing the dream of the complex to reality.

Col. Adelanwa, who is the chairman of the Post Service Residents Association, traced the accomplishment of the Peedeep boss while in the service of the Nigerian Army as a prolific public relations officer and the brain behind the Arena Arcade, Oshodi Lagos, describing him as a man with a Midas touch.

On the suitability of the complex, Adelanwa emphasised that the market is adequately protected due to its location within the precinct of the Post Service Estate.

He assured that subscribers will not regret their investment into the mall because of its strategic location.

Some of the subscribers, who spoke shortly after receiving their allocation documents expressed joy over the actualisation of the project.

A beneficiary, Dr. Omogene Daniel lauded the Peedeep management for its foresight, saying the complex is going to become an international market because of its proximity to Lagos State University (LASU, the General Hospital and the ECOWAS International route.

The CEO of Plusworth Realtor Mr. John, also a subscriber, described the complex as a block buster, a good investment, close to a major transportation hub, adding that its value has appreciated by 30 percent.
