On January 5, 2025, Eze Ambassador Dr. Emmanuel U. Oparachukwu was appointed as the Zonal Chairman and Patron of the Searchlight Intelligence Community. When asked about his feelings on this new appointment, he responded, “I feel great because I deserve the appointment. As a traditional ruler, I am a security custodian of my community. I have been supporting law enforcement agencies in securing people and properties, and I believe this appointment is a recognition of my efforts.”
