In a grand celebration, Harmony Palace marked the 10th coronation anniversary of Eze Prof. Innocent Friday Okunamiri on November 2, 2024. High Chief Kenneth Iheyi, Ichie controlling Agba-ado and chairman of Ichie’s in Harmony Palace, Ifo Local Government, shared his thoughts on this momentous occasion.
As High Chief Iheyi reflected on the past decade, he praised Eze Okunamiri’s exceptional leadership, citing his ability to unite Ifo Local Government through effective coordination. “Eze Okunamiri has done a lot since 10 years, because he was able to coordinate the whole of Ifo Local Government, we are in unity,” he noted. Under Eze Okunamiri’s leadership, Harmony Palace has supported community development initiatives, fostering a sense of unity and cooperation.
High Chief Iheyi also shared valuable lessons learned from Eze Okunamiri, emphasizing honesty, sincerity, and tolerance as essential qualities for effective leadership. He advised newly crowned Ichie’s to lead with integrity, compassion, and patience, recognizing the challenges of governing the Igbo people.
