A God-fearing, humane, competent, articulated, top-notch professional and multi-faceted Mikhail Adewale Afolabi who has carved a niche for himself in the banking industry for almost two decades turns 50 years on October 26, 2025.
While some are born great and few others have greatness thrust upon them, Adewale’s life aligned with the category of those who worked hard to achieve greatness which has been his watchword.
Born to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Afolabi on October 26, 1975 in Osogbo, Osun State, his parents hails from Oguntoye Compound, Iworoko-Ekiti, Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government, Ekiti State.
He attended Latona Primary School, Osogbo before proceeded to Fakunle Comprehensive High School, Osogbo where he completed his secondary school education.
He obtained a National Diploma in Banking and Finance from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Osun State, he briefly attended Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State studied Physiology before he left Nigeria for United States of America in 2016.
Having obtained his National Diploma certificate, he managed his uncle’s Filling State in Osogbo for a while before he was employed by the then Skye Bank now Polaris Bank started as Customer Service and later left as Account Manager to seek for greener pasture abroad.
Beyond his academic qualifications, Afolabi has pursued several professional training and capacity and human development in leadership courses.
He currently lives and works with Charity Heart in Baltimore in the States.
Ajibola Ganiyat Afolabi, Chief Executive Officer Irebola EnterpriseS and his wife described Afolabi as a family man of note, a caring father and supportive husband who always cares about the family at all time.

He is happily married with wives and blessed with children namely Fareedah, Qudus, Fuad, Hadeezah, and Habeerah Afolabi
