The sale of price per square meter for shop units at the Acada Arcade shopping complex, located along the LASU-Ojo axis in Lagos has witnessed an increment, the Unique Model Magazine can authoritatively report.

“This price increase takes effect from January 2026.The price increase is driven by prevailing economic realities, including rising construction costs, statutory charges, and ongoing infrastructure upgrades required to deliver a functional and sustainable commercial environment.

*New Price: ₦1,000,000 per square meter •
“This reflects a 25% increase, inclusive of construction cost increases, Value Added Tax (7.5%), and infrastructure contributions (7.5%).
“First Floor Shop Units •New Price: ₦900,000 per square meter•This reflects a 28.5% increase, inclusive of construction cost increases, Value Added Tax (7.5%), and infrastructure contributions (7.5%).
“These prices are all-inclusive and reflect the enhanced scope of construction and infrastructure delivery at the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex.
